It sounds exotic, and that is exactly how it hits the nose.Given that two-thirds of the portion is tea, the dose can be increased to about 2.5–3 grams per 100 milliliters of water. The temperature should be around 80°C, with a brewing time of 2 minutes.The result is a strongly perfumed infusion, with candied tropical fruits in the foreground and a floral quality mixed with the “typical” green tea flavor in the background.
