Yellow tea from HAYB. It comes from the Simao region of Yunnan Province. The production of Huang Ya Yellow Tips starts with the so-called "firing" in the wok. This allows the enzymes to be fermented. The leaves are then gently wrapped in a cloth so that the leaves dry naturally for a few hours. This process is repeated to obtain high-quality yellow tea.
Yellow tea is low in caffeine, so you can drink it in the evening and give it to children. It tastes good when brewed traditionally hot and cold.
