HAYB - Blue Espresso Blend Natural, Washed 1 kg

Manufacturer: HAYB

Roasting date: 26.06.2026

Espresso from doesn't need to be the same again and again. All we need to do is to get some well known and liked beans from Brazil and add to it a few other ingredients, Guatemalan and Ethiopian coffee in this case. What we will get is a new, different classic - full of milk chocolate, marzipan and berry notes. This blend includes:- Brazylia Cerrado, Minas Gerais (natural)- Gwatemala Huehuetenango (washed)- Etiopia Yirgacheffe (washed)The blend of coffees that were processed naturally with ones that were washed gives it sweetness and nice toned acidity which makes the beverage "alive" and diversify the flavor profile. Espresso has a medium, round body, it is clean and leaves long-lasting cocoa finish. In taste, you can expect hints of caramel, roasted nuts, and forest fruits. Thanks to all of that, this coffee is a perfect everyday companion - it brings pleasure, is easy to brew, and also tastes great with milk.Store in a cold and dry space.

HAYB - Rwanda Mahembe Honey Espresso 250 g

Manufacturer: HAYB

Roasting date: 13.04.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Rwanda roasted at HAYB. Dark roast, perfect for espresso machines and moka pots.  In the cup, you can expect hints of caramel, plum jam and blueberries.Origin: RwandaRegion: Western ProvinceVariety: Red BourbonProcessing: HoneyAltitude: 1700-1900 m a.s.l.Cupping score: 86 / 100ABOUT THE FARM - from the producerSmall doesn't mean worse. We have been buying coffee from Willy, via the importer 1000 Hills, since the very beginning of HAYB. When Willy let us know last year that he was having trouble with his cherry size sorting machine and his lot contained various screen sizes, we only asked one thing: "Willy, we understand, but how’s the flavor?". We were assured that on-site, the coffee tastes the same as every year – everything is in its place. We ordered samples and decided on this lot, even though the beans vary significantly in size. Because flavor comes first, right? If we had decided not to take this batch, the farm would have had to sell the goods on the local market for much less money or somehow sort it again – sending only the larger beans to Europe and leaving the "little ones" in Rwanda. The result would be the same: less money for the Mahembe farm. I’m glad we have this coffee because it’s a perfect example of what I like most about coffee – flavor first.I love drinking coffees when someone treats me, or blind at a cupping table. In such a cupping, this coffee easily eats the competition for breakfast. So, do you still think size matters?Store in a cold and dry space.

HAYB - Costa Rica Hellen Mora Natural Espresso 250 g

Manufacturer: HAYB

Roasting date: 05.03.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Costa Rica roasted at HAYB. Medium roast, perfect for espresso machines and moka pots.  In the cup, you can expect blueberries, red wine and milk chocolate.Origin: Costa RicaRegion: TarrazuVariety: GeishaProcessing: NaturalAltitude: 1800-1900 m a.s.l.Cupping score: 88 / 100Trip to Costa RicaThis is what direct trade means to me. We’ve been working with Hellen for three years now, thanks to Nicolas, who exports coffees from Costa Rica. Last year I had the pleasure of driving up the most winding and bumpy road to the top of a mountain where Hellen’s house and farm are located. We got there in a car Nico had borrowed from his mom, because his had broken down the day before. At some point his mom’s little SUV simply couldn’t make it any further, so Hellen drove down in her big pickup truck and towed us the rest of the way up.First she fed us, then she showed us the farm and told us its story. After the walk she prepared a cupping where she presented eight of her coffees. A cupping in the kitchen while rice and beans are cooking right next to you? Why not.The coffees were phenomenal. And that Geisha? That’s the coffee that’s been appearing in my dreams ever since I came back from Costa Rica. Lots of tropical fruit, but without the kind of fermentation often associated with coffees from this country. Notes of banana and pineapple, plenty of red, sweet wine, currants, and everything beautifully structured and right where it should be.I’m very happy that we’re also presenting such an exceptional coffee as an espresso. It’s the essence of that trip in a cup: sweetness, tropical fruit, bright acidity supported by deep sweetness. One of the warmest memories from that journey returns every time we roast and brew this coffee. I invite you to join me on this trip.ROYAL BEANSWhat’s behind the name Royal Beans? If Speciality beans are the pinnacle of coffee, our Royal Beans reach the Himalayas! In this series, we present the very top of the coffee pyramid, the crème de la crème, as precious as crown jewels. Anaerobic, Gesha, Nanolot, Lychee – what does it mean to go beyond the ordinary? – Royal Beans is a selection of coffees chosen by us from various roasters – they share exceptional flavor, limited production, unique processing methods, and the highest quality. A treat for coffee connoisseurs (and those aspiring to be)!Store in a cold and dry space.

HAYB - Guatemala La Soledad Washed Filter 250 g

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Guatemala, roasted by HAYB roastery from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of milk chocolate, red apple and tangerine.Country: GuatemalaRegion: AcatenangoVarietal: H1Processing: WashedCupping score: 87 / 100Altitude: 1650 m a.s.l.Power coupleJola and Raul are a couple in coffee, business, and life. Raul manages the La Soledad farm, a family business. Jola handles exports. Thanks to this duo, this coffee has made its way to you. When it comes to family-run, multi-generational businesses, it's easy to fall into clichés and sentimental declarations – but the fact is that the coffee has been in the hands of La Soledad and Raul's family for a hundred years. They are constantly improving processes, planting new varieties, and taking care of what they already have. La Soledad and El Lano are coffee farms (the latter also managed by Raul), but also brands trusted by large roasters worldwide, businesses that were already active when we used to call bread "bep." This washed coffee from the H1 variety is magnificent. H1 carries the gene of the African variety Sudan Rume, which, under the right conditions, can reveal citrusy and floral notes. Here, we have it – a star among coffees.Store in a cold and dry space.

HAYB - Honduras Don Pancho Washed Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: HAYB

Roasting date: 03.03.2026

Specialty-grade whole bean coffee from Honduras, roasted by the Warsaw-based roastery HAYB. Light roast, ideal for filter coffee makers, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other alternative brewing methods. The flavor profile features notes of sweet citrus fruits, blueberries and black tea.Country of origin: HondurasRegion: Santa BarbaraVariety: ParainemaProcessing method: WashedCupping score: 87 / 100Growing altitude: 1500 m a.s.l.Precision of the Process in the CupCarlos Roberto is an example of courage and consistency in action. In Honduras, a country of around 10 million people, coffee is not just a product but also a way of life. Carlos took over the plantation from his father and from the very beginning chose to focus on export rather than selling on the local market at lower prices. Thanks to many years of cooperation with the exporter San Vicente, his coffee now reaches respected roasteries in the United States and Europe. You could say it has built a bigger international career than many MBA graduates. The cherries of the Parainema botanical variety go through water selection. Those that float to the surface are unripe and do not continue to the next stage of processing. They are then fermented for 24 hours, washed, and dried for about two weeks. Precision at every stage ensures that what you taste in the cup is not chance, but a series of deliberate decisions, from the very first sip to the last drop.Store in a cold and dry space.

Although it was born in Brazil, it made a real career in Colombia, and later precisely in Costa Rica. According to World Coffee Research and Perfect Daily Grind, it is an absolute classic and a benchmark against which other modern botanical varieties are evaluated. What is worth knowing about it?Compact growth: Caturra possesses a dwarfism gene. The shrubs are short and stocky, which allows farmers to plant them more densely and makes harvesting the cherries much easier.A demanding patient: The price for high yield is poor health. Caturra is extremely susceptible to coffee leaf rust (roya) and pests, meaning it requires a great deal of attention, knowledge, and care from the farmer.Cup profile: Grown at the right altitude, it rewards you with brilliant quality. Expect a multi-dimensional, vibrant, and clean citric acidity, a medium body, and a distinct sweetness with notes of chocolate, caramel, and juicy fruits. No genetic modifications in a laboratory – a pure, natual revolution that changed the map of the specialty coffee world. Enjoy!Store in a cold and dry space.

It surprised us on the cupping table and it continues to surprise us in a drip and batch brew. We argue whether it is more floral or more nutty – and we agree by saying that it is complex. Do all coffees from Asia have this? I need to check this out someday and finally go there. What is certain is that this anaerobic processed Catuai encourages with its sweetness and juiciness.
