Arguments and agreement
Indochina is our reliable contact in Asia; we get coffees from China and Myanmar from them – just like this one in front of you. It surprised us on the cupping table and it continues to surprise us in a drip and batch brew. We argue whether it is more floral or more nutty – and we agree by saying that it is complex. Do all coffees from Asia have this? I need to check this out someday and finally go there. What is certain is that this anaerobic processed Catuai encourages with its sweetness and juiciness. Give it a try.
