I might be repeating myself, but I love this – not repeating myself, but these stories. Marysabel and her husband Moises have been running the farm for a quarter of a century. Roasteries all over the world buy coffee from them. We had the chance to talk several times during World of Coffee and a few times on calls – you don't meet such warm and wise people every day. This is one of those coffees that, beyond its taste and quality, stands out because of the story behind the farm. If I could, I would choose only coffees for our portfolio where a good, sweet, clean taste goes hand in hand with a spark of passion and wisdom in the eyes of the people running the farm.
