This bar is proof of that – the sweetness of mango, apricot, and melon dominates here over the nutty notes noticeable in the background. We extracted all these flavors from Nicaragua cocoa beans, selected and fermented by local farmers. It turns out that chocolate can taste like fruit without adding any fruit to it – pretty cool, right?
