This chocolate is the result of our collaboration with our friends from the Świeżo artisan bakery. Sichuan pepper is not spicy at all! Its citrusy and floral notes pair perfectly with milk chocolate. It tastes like a refreshing iced tea with lemon under palm trees in the Philippines. Seriously.
