They say that in Peru, everything tastes more intense, more powerful, and more real. Have you ever heard of pepino, lucuma, or cherimoya? Until recently, neither had we. These are local fruits of the Amazon jungle, and although we don't know exactly what they taste like, we like to think that these are the very notes we find in this bar. The freshness, sweetness, and light acidity of fruits intertwine here with the enveloping, buttery flavor of nuts. And if you need more familiar associations, look for pineapples, melons, and hazelnuts.
