ABOUT THE COFFEE
A real treat, and a different one at that—we're throwing in a yeast-fermented Robusta, because why not! Instead of heavy chocolate notes, expect intense fruity notes; we won't summarize it here because everyone just has to try it.
ROASTER'S OPINION
Now this is a real hit! Fine-quality Robusta (the equivalent of "specialty" for Arabica), processed using fermentation with yeast strains. This is definitely not a coffee you'll find on every corner. Here we have heavy chocolate notes with a full body and a heavy brew typical for Canephora. The fermentation is most noticeable in the aftertaste and at lower temperatures, where chords reminiscent of grapes and blackcurrants emerge just as boldly. However, we won't disown the origin, and a terroir similar to Kenyan really does the trick here.
ROYAL BEANS
What’s behind the name Royal Beans? If Speciality beans are the pinnacle of coffee, our Royal Beans reach the Himalayas! In this series, we present the very top of the coffee pyramid, the crème de la crème, as precious as crown jewels. Anaerobic, Gesha, Nanolot, Lychee – what does it mean to go beyond the ordinary? – Royal Beans is a selection of coffees chosen by us from various roasters – they share exceptional flavor, limited production, unique processing methods, and the highest quality. A treat for coffee connoisseurs (and those aspiring to be)!
