Its function is to evenly distribute the water to the surface of the ground coffee, thanks to which the brewing process can be controlled more thoroughly and thus more consistent.The Drip-Assist is made of high-quality polymer that is safe for contact with food. It has holes of two sizes - those with a larger diameter in the central part and smaller ones on the outside. Larger holes allow for quick water flow, recommended especially for pre-infusion, while external holes make water flow slowly.
