This is a simple, everyday matcha tea. Compared to other offerings from Terroir, it has a more distinct character—it is greener and fresher, with a brighter and more intense flavor profile. The aroma of the dried leaves reveals notes of cream, pumpkin, spices, and green leaves.
When milk is added, the flavor profile shifts toward pumpkin and spices, supported by a delicate, creamy base. It pairs particularly well with milk, maintaining its intensity and clarity. The consistency is stable and easy to work with, making it a reliable choice for everyday use.
Ingredients: 100% organic green tea from ecological farming
Origin: Shizuoka/Kagoshima, Japan
Brewing Instructions: We suggest mixing with milk. Brew for 2-3 min at 70°C
Processing Method: The leaves were harvested in the summer of 2025; prior to harvest, they were shaded from the sun for 12-16 days. Ground in March 2026.
