ABOUT THE COFFEE
Nicaragua Sueños — in the cup: raisins, cane sugar, and milk chocolate. The profile is clean, sweet, and surprisingly full-bodied. It’s an omniroast, though it leans more toward filter brewing.
What makes this decaf stand out is the CO₂ process — a decaffeination method that uses compressed carbon dioxide to remove caffeine without significantly affecting (well, as much as possible) what matters most in coffee: its aroma and flavor.
ROASTER’S NOTE
Here it is — our fourth decaf, and this time with a new origin again: Nicaragua! Flavor-wise it’s somewhat similar to our first decaf from Peru, but with a bit more sweetness and lower acidity. In the cup you’ll find notes of sweet raisins, cane sugar, and milk chocolate. Roasted for both filter and espresso, though on the lighter side rather than dark.
