It was founded by Ben Morrow and Esther Maasdam, two industry experts with over 30 years of combined experience and numerous prestigious competition titles to their names. Their mission is to source and roast the finest coffees in collaboration with producers who prioritize quality and sustainability.
Established in 2017 in Rotterdam, the roastery draws inspiration from the city's rich history and its maritime connections to New York.
