ABOUT THE COFFEE

Kenyan fruit compote in da house - notes of juicy orange, redcurrant, and sweet plum dominate here. Intense, juicy flavors ensure that you will find plenty of fruit in every sip.At the washing station, the cherries are fermented for about 16 hours, depending on the weather conditions. Next, the coffee is rinsed with clean water from mountain springs, which gives the beans exceptional freshness. After washing and sorting, the parchment coffee is dried on raised beds for 14–21 days; this is a traditional method that intensifies the flavor and aroma of the beans. An ideal coffee for fans of bold, crisp flavors.

ROASTER'S OPINION
