Washed Caturra from Oscar Hernandez's Los Nogales farm in Pitalito, Huila (1870-2000 masl), decaffeinated with repeated hot-water immersion followed by a 24-hour soak in a natural solvent derived from coffee pulp, then washed and dried for about 5 days. Harvest 2026. Decaf beans may have an unusual colour, which is normal. Bright and sweet - a decaf we'd happily drink whether we were looking for one or not.
