Teasome - Golden Lily Oolong - Loose Tea 50g
Manufacturer: TEASOME
Oolong tea by Teasome. Jin Xuan, aka Golden Lily, is simply the translation of one of Taiwan’s most famous cultivars (numbered #12 in Taiwan). It is often coincidentally connected with Milk Oolong; a name we also had called it - however, it is absolutely not flavoured with milk! This would be against our philosophy, because at the end of the day, we only offer natural teas, and naturally flavoured teas. Here’s the thing - Jin Xuan is a unique, naturally sweet cultivar with characteristically milky-buttery notes. Perhaps it’s hard to believe, but the tea leaves really do smell and taste similar to sweet milk! There are also floral notes, like lilies or rose petals. It’s not surprising that despite being a young cultivar, it has quickly gained a huge following in Taiwan.Milk Oolong, which is becoming more and more popular in the West, is most often a low grade tea treated with artificial flavourings, in an attempt to make a flavour that strongly reminds us of milk. We, however, suggest going to the source and discovering the natural sweetness of Golden Lily, which openly and uninhibitedly invites you to see the rich world of Taiwanese oolongsOrigin: Jiayi, TaiwanCultivar: Jin Xuan (#12)Profile: milk, honey, lilies. How to brew:European style:5g tea / 250ml water / 95°C temp.First brew: 1,5 min / Second brew: 2 min / Third brew: 3 min.Gongfu style:5-6g tea / 100ml water / 95°C temp.First brew: 50 s. / Second brew: 60 s. / Third brew: 75 s. / multiply every 15 s. for 6-7 brews.Cold brew: 10g tea / 1000ml cold water. Teasome - GABA Oolong - Loose Tea 50g
Manufacturer: TEASOME
Olong GABA tea by Teasome. GABA teas are the result of a successful experiment with tea. Developed in the 1980s in Japan, they were designed to naturally produce the highest levels of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), which has proven to have a beneficial effect on our nervous system. Some time later, it appeared that Taiwanese oolongs produced using this method tasted very delicious. An incidental, yet pleasant side-effect, right? The whole trick consists of anaerobic processing of freshly picked leaves, and then continuing the standard tea production process as normal. The GABA Oolong we have to offer is medium-oxidised and is delicately roasted, which retains a lot of natural sweetness. You can find the sweetness of watermelon, strawberries and forest fruits, but also of maple syrup or linden honey. There is a reason why these teas have become incredibly popular in recent years.Origin: Nantou, TaiwanCultivar: Qing Xin, Bai Lu (#17)Profile: strawberry, watermelon, maple syrupHow to brew:European style:5g tea / 250ml water / 95°C temp.First brew: 2 min / Second brew: 3 min / Third brew: 5 min.Gongfu style:5-6g tea / 100ml water / 95°C temp.First brew: 50 s. / Second brew: 60 s. / Third brew: 75 s. / multiply every 15 s. for 6-7 brews.Cold brew: 10g tea / 1000ml cold water. Teasome - Red Water Oolong - Loose Tea 50 g

Like any oolong, it is resilient, and the leaves can be infused many times. Teasome - Oolong Da Hong Pao - Loose Tea 50g
Manufacturer: TEASOME
The famous oolong Da Hong Pao, also known as Big Red Robe, is a Chinese tea shrouded in many mysteries... and often poorly understood. And it's no wonder, as it has a truly convoluted history. The original mother bushes of this tea are probably the six most closely guarded tea bushes in the world. Tea is no longer produced from them, and the Da Hong Pao available everywhere is most often a blend of various rock tea cultivars. Our offered Da Hong Pao comes from the Wuyi Mountains and is produced from a blend of various cultivars. The goal is to best capture the flavor of the original rock teas (yancha). It is a good quality tea, inviting slow exploration of the character of roasted oolongs. It's easy to find the highly desired mineral notes, as well as cocoa or fruity ones. It's worth noting that Da Hong Pao withstands a large number of infusions, so you can enjoy a single portion of leaves for a very long time.Origin: Fujian, ChinyCultivar: mixedProfile: cocoa, rock salt, cherimoya fruitHow to brew: European style:5g tea / 250ml water / 95°C temp.First brew: 2 min / Second brew: 3 min / Third brew: 5 min.Gongfu style:6g tea / 100ml water / 95°C temp.First brew: 10 s / Second brew: 10 s / Third brew: 10 s / Fourth brew: 15 s / every next brew - a little longer. Teasome - Port Wine Oolong - Loose Tea 25 g
Manufacturer: TEASOME
With undisguised joy, we present a tea unlike any other in the world.
