Hard Beans x Coffeedesk Costa Rica Hacienda Sonora is a medium-roasted specialty coffee created with filter brewing methods in mind. It comes from the legendary Hacienda Sonora farm, owned by the Guardia family for over a century and located at the foot of the Poás volcano. The coffee is processed using the natural method — after hand-picking, the cherries are dried for 9 days on patios, then stabilized and gently finished at low temperatures. The result is a vibrant, juicy cup with notes of cherry cola, strawberry, and caramel, complemented by a smooth, creamy body.
