This time, it is the beans from Ismeria Leon.In the aroma, the coffee is fresh and fruity — green apple clearly dominates, complemented by delicate cranberry and caramel sweetness. On the palate, the profile remains very consistent: juicy apple appears in the foreground, enveloped in caramel, with hints of cranberry and grape.The whole has a medium, round body and low, smooth acidity reminiscent of an unripe apple. The sweetness is high and caramelly, and the aftertaste is medium-long, pleasantly sweet, and balanced.
