Zdarzyło mi się nawet wymyślić zawody Hario „na oko”, żeby udowodnić, że nie trzeba być mistrzem ekstrakcji, żeby zrobić dobrą kawę. W domu używam plastikowego V60 (bo ceramiczny przy kotach - R.I.P.), do tego Fellow Opus, czyli młynek prosty jak budowa dripa. Ile gramów? Nie wiem. Ile mililitrów? Nie pytaj. Parzę na czuja, zalewam kiedy mi się przypomni i zaskakująco często wychodzi pysznie. To chyba magia ziaren - a może kołobrzeska kranówka? 🤷🏼‍♀️ Nie gonię perfekcji. Gonię przyjemność.
