BEFORE FIRST USE
- Clean the surface and interior of the device with a damp cloth.
- Rinse and dry the ground coffee container. It is not dishwasher safe.
- Please note that coffee residue may be present as a result of factory testing.Note: Never immerse the device in water or any other liquid.
USING THE DEVICE
1. Place the ground coffee container under the chute.
2. Remove the lid from the bean hopper and fill it with coffee beans. Do not exceed the maximum capacity.
3. Replace the lid.
4. Select the desired grind size using the dial. There are 30 settings available, from finest to coarse.
5. Plug the grinder into a power outlet.
6. Press the START/STOP button to begin grinding. The grinder will automatically shut off 10 seconds after detecting that there are no beans left in the hopper.
7. To stop grinding manually, press the button again.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Note: Always unplug the device before cleaning or disassembly. Never immerse the device or its electrical components in water or any other liquid. Do not use detergents or abrasive scrubbers to clean the device.
- Wash the ground coffee container with warm water and soap or coffee cleaner.
Note: Over time, the plastic parts of the device may become stained with coffee oils. This is normal and does not affect the operation of the device. To remove stains, soak the parts in a mild, non-abrasive bleach solution after use.
- To remove the burrs for thorough cleaning:
- Turn the protective cap counterclockwise to unlock and remove it.
- Turn the burrs clockwise and pull up to remove them.
- Use the included brush to clean the interior of the bean hopper and the burrs.
- Wipe the interior with a damp cloth.
- Reinstall the burrs and the protective cap.
- Thoroughly clean the ground coffee chute and the body of the device with a damp cloth.
Regular maintenance of the coffee grinder will help maintain its optimal performance throughout its lifespan. For thicker residue, use grinder cleaning pellets for thorough cleaning.
