Bourbon Aji is a rare mutation of Bourbon varieties. This batch is grown on the family farm Patio Bonito, where quality and sustainability are at the center. An exclusive coffee grown with careful craftsmanship in every step.
From the small coffee paradise in Pescador, the Trujillo family grows coffee with deep roots in Colombian tradition. The family's focus on quality is felt in the taste. This year we have received several different coffee batches from the farm, and this is our first encounter with the Bourbon Aji bean variety.
