The Rocket R 9V is a top-class professional espresso machine combining multi-boiler technology with fully saturated groups and a pressure profiling system. This gives the barista precise control over every stage of extraction and the ability to shape the flavor profile of each coffee. Built-in digital displays at each group provide real-time feedback on water temperature and shot time, ensuring full control and repeatability. Like all Rocket Espresso machines, the R 9V is handcrafted in the Milan factory from the highest-quality AISI 304 stainless steel.
