ABOUT THE COFFEE
Colombia Los Patios is a new-wave specialty coffee with an infused profile, which strongly showcases an experimental approach to processing. The cherry co-ferment process and Castillo variety build an intense, highly fruity character. Notes of cherry "fritta" and raspberry Mamba candy dominate in the cup, with a pronounced sweetness and fermentative depth that gives the coffee a dessert-like, almost candyish dimension. It is a bold, juicy, and distinctly modern-style coffee. It will perform best in the Aeropress, drip, and Chemex.
