The Steve PM20 is LELIT’s latest coffee grinder, engineered to deliver professional-grade precision in a compact and intuitive format.

The Steve PM20 is the first model in Wave 01, a new design philosophy developed with Design Group Italia. This wave represents a turning point: not an evolution of William, but a new way of using a coffee grinder, introducing a workflow and design language that lay the foundation for the next generation of LELIT products.

It features:

The New Fine Thread Adjustment

We’ve refined the thread pitch of the grind regulator, making it significantly finer and more precise.

What this means in practice

Greater precision: Each “click” (half notch) now corresponds to a smaller shift in burr position. This makes grind size adjustments smoother, more gradual, and easier to control.

Improved control in the espresso range: On previous models, a single click could cause a major variation in extraction. With Steve PM20, adjustments are more delicate, helping you find the sweet spot for every coffee.

Concrete example (espresso): On William PL72, moving from step 2 to 3 could alter extraction time by about 10 seconds. With Steve PM20, the same adjustment changes extraction by only around 5 seconds.

→ Result: greater repeatability and less risk of “overshooting” the ideal grind.

More fine-tuning space in the espresso zone: Baristas can now adapt grind size with higher accuracy to match different origins, roast profiles, and brew ratios.

A more professional experience: This improvement gives users a heightened sense of control, replicating the precision of a professional café grinder while remaining perfectly suited for home or prosumer use.

7-SEGMENT DISPLAY: SIMPLE. PRECISE, INTUITIVE

Clearer feedback: Timer, dose settings, error/status messages are all displayed on-screen.

Dual modes: Programmed dosing (single/double shot with precise timing) or on-demand grinding (press and hold, max 20s).

Technical menu navigation: Quick access via two multifunction buttons (Menu/– and On-Demand/+).

Minimalist approach: No external LEDs; all information is centralized on a single display.
