Magnetic Burr Holder
The burr holder in the Jay is magnetically attached, allowing for quick removal and easy cleaning. This also helps protect the grinder from damage caused by foreign objects, such as stones—if something enters the chamber, the burrs detach instead of cracking. Since the burrs are mounted from the rear, the cutting surface remains uninterrupted, enabling even greater grinding precision.

Jay was designed from the ground up to be simple to operate and program. A long press on the designated button adjusts the dose, while illuminated icons guide you through the process. Thanks to the portafilter-activated switch, grinding starts simply by pushing the portafilter forward.
