In this bag, you will find the Villa Sarchi variety, a local mutation of Bourbon known for its elegant acidity and powerful sweetness. The experience is enhanced by the Natural Reposado process – the cherries "rest" in the cold for some time before drying, allowing the sugars from the pulp to maximally penetrate the bean. Thanks to this, the Los Tonos plot offers an incredibly syrupy body and notes of ripe red fruits, while maintaining exemplary brew clarity.
