ABOUT THE COFFEE
Brand Coffee Farm is a project focused on changing the perception of robusta – from a mass-market commodity to a coffee with clearly defined origin and quality. The farm combines modern cultivation practices with a regenerative approach, utilizing composting, controlled processing methods, and drying in tunnels, which allows for better control over the final profile. At the same time, it serves as a knowledge center for local farmers.
By the way, we actually made a mistake here ourselves, one that we usually warn against. Robusta is just one of the varieties of the Canephora species. And in this particular bag, you will find beans of a different Canephora variety – Kaweri. For us, it is simply superb.
ROASTER'S OPINION
The mildest coffee in our offer. Sweet and velvety, while completely devoid of acidity and with very low bitterness. Great as a black coffee, it works perfectly with milk.
Store in a cold and dry space.
