Oatly No Sugars - what does it really mean? The drink contains only the starch naturally found in oats. The production process of other Oatly products involves breaking down starch into natural sugars - in the case of the No Sugar version, this process is left to your digestive system, as it usually works when consuming starch-containing products. The drink also has less sweet flavour than the original version of Oatly.
Oatly drink is 100% plant-based, it does not contain lactose. Oatly is a variety of plant drinks that are a great alternative to dairy milk. They are rich in nutrients, vitamins and minerals.
