Napar do picia na ciepło: 1 czubatą łyżeczkę suszu lawendowego, plaster grejpfruta ze skórką, 3 plasterki imbiru zalewamy wrzątkiem (ok. 250ml). Parzymy pod przykryciem przez 10 minut. Kiedy przestygnie słodzimy miodem. Napar ma działanie antywirusowe i antybakteryjne. Pomaga przy leczeniu infekcji gardła.
Napar do picia na zimno: Orzeźwiająca lemoniada. 2 łyżki suszu zalewamy wrzątkiem (ok. 300ml) i parzymy pod przykryciem przez 15 minut. Kiedy napar przestygnie odcedzamy kwiaty, dodajemy 3 łyżki soku z cytryny i łyżkę miodu. Dopełniamy zimną wodą do litra pojemności. Napar najlepiej smakuje dobrze schłodzony, możemy dodać kostki lodu.
Odwar do kąpieli: 8 łyżek suszu zalewamy zimną wodą (ok.1000ml), zostawiamy na godzinę, następnie zagotowujemy. Odcedzony napar wlewamy do wanny. Kąpiemy się 10-20 minut, w temperaturze 35-38 oC. Na koniec powoli spłukujemy ciało zimnym prysznicem. Jeżeli nastąpią zawroty głowy należy natychmiast przerwać kąpiel. Ciepłe kąpiele nie są wskazane przy zaburzeniach sercowych i krążenia, niskim ciśnieniu, żylakach i chorobach żył.

Lawenda używana jest też w kuchni jako przyprawa. Według medycyny ludowej picie lawendy wycisza, uspokaja, łagodzi napięcie nerwowe, ułatwia zasypianie. Pomaga w stanach zapalnych górnych dróg oddechowych oraz w prawidłowym trawieniu. Kąpiel w lawendzie relaksuje i oczyszcza skórę.

Napar do picia na ciepło: 1 czubatą łyżeczkę suszu lawendowego, plaster grejpfruta ze skórką, 3 plasterki imbiru zalewamy wrzątkiem (ok. 250ml). Parzymy pod przykryciem przez 10 minut. Kiedy przestygnie słodzimy miodem. Napar ma działanie antywirusowe i antybakteryjne. Pomaga przy leczeniu infekcji gardła.
Napar do picia na zimno: Orzeźwiająca lemoniada. 2 łyżki suszu zalewamy wrzątkiem (ok. 300ml) i parzymy pod przykryciem przez 15 minut. Kiedy napar przestygnie odcedzamy kwiaty, dodajemy 3 łyżki soku z cytryny i łyżkę miodu. Dopełniamy zimną wodą do litra pojemności. Napar najlepiej smakuje dobrze schłodzony, możemy dodać kostki lodu.
Odwar do kąpieli: 8 łyżek suszu zalewamy zimną wodą (ok.1000ml), zostawiamy na godzinę, następnie zagotowujemy. Odcedzony napar wlewamy do wanny. Kąpiemy się 10-20 minut, w temperaturze 35-38 oC. Na koniec powoli spłukujemy ciało zimnym prysznicem. Jeżeli nastąpią zawroty głowy należy natychmiast przerwać kąpiel. Ciepłe kąpiele nie są wskazane przy zaburzeniach sercowych i krążenia, niskim ciśnieniu, żylakach i chorobach żył.
