Pour the tea or ground coffee into the filter, followed by the water, and close it with the lid. Steep at room temperature or in a refrigerator fo 8-24. After your brew is done, use the tongs to grasp the top of the filter and place it in the basket above the vessel to drain. Ready to serve!
