Espresso from doesn't need to be the same again and again. All we need to do is to get some well known and liked beans from Brazil and add to it a few other ingredients, Guatemalan and Ethiopian coffee in this case. What we will get is a new, different classic - full of milk chocolate, marzipan and berry notes.HAYB is relatively new roastery on the Polish market. The Blue Republic is a blend designed for Espresso. It includes three coffees: 40% Brazil Cerrado40% Guatemala Huehuetenango20% Ethiopia SidamaThe blend of coffees that were processed naturally with ones that were washed gives it sweetness and nice toned acidity which makes the beverage "alive" and diversify the flavor profile. Espresso has a medium, round body, it is clean and leaves long-lasting cocoa finish. In taste, you can expect hints of caramel, roasted nuts, and forest fruits. Thanks to all of that, this coffee is a perfect everyday companion - it brings pleasure, is easy to brew, and also tastes great with milk.
