COFFEE PLANT - Burundi Nemba Natural Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: COFFEE PLANT

Roasting date: 10.06.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Burundi, roasted by COFFEE PLANT from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of blackberry, black currant, caramel and citrus fruits.Origin: BurundiRegion: KayanzaFarm: Nemba Washing StationProcessing: NaturalVariety: Red BourbonAltitude: 1700 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE FARMThe Nemba station is located in northern Burundi, in the Kayanza province. Its operations are overseen by an agronomist responsible for implementing good agricultural practices and educating producers. The agronomist works directly with the farmers, assisting them in gaining access to tools and selecting cultivation methods best suited to the conditions of their local plots. The station collaborates with 1,074 smallholder producers, each of whom owns an average of about 150 coffee trees. The plantations are situated at altitudes above 1,700 meters above sea level, near the Kibira forest, which favors obtaining high-quality raw material. The station itself has over 200 drying beds and can process up to 750 tons of coffee cherries annually. The entire process — from cultivation to processing — is covered by a monitoring system that ensures full traceability.Nemba is also engaged in the development of local communities, implementing projects that support farmers, including animal husbandry, strengthening cooperative structures, and improving crop yield.ROASTER'S OPINIONNemba is a washing station whose coffees we are always very keen to reach for. Located in the Kayanza region, it has been famous for years for Red Bourbon lots from local farmers, which stand out due to their natural, high sweetness, often balanced by caramel and fruit accents. These are profiles with low to medium acidity and a medium to high, pleasantly sticky body.In the case of this specific lot from the current harvest, the character remains very consistent with what we usually expect from Nemba. The aroma is dominated by berries, caramel, and citrus — above all lemon, which gives the whole profile freshness and lightness. In the flavor, distinct blackcurrant, juicy blueberries, and again lemon and sweet caramel appear, building a harmonious, well-balanced structure. The body is medium, but distinctly sticky and oily, which adds fullness and depth to the coffee. The aftertaste remains long, caramelly, and pleasantly sweet, while the acidity is low, smooth, and perfectly highlights the high natural sweetness.RECIPEUse your favorite AeroPress recipe. In our opinion, this coffee comes out most interesting when brewed specifically in an AeroPress!Store in a cool and dry place.

This is a low-caffeine cold brew that, despite its lightness, remains distinct in flavor — perfect for when you want something delicate but still full of aroma and character.ROASTER'S OPINIONLOW Cold Brew is a light, refreshing blend of coffees from Brazil, Kenya, and Rwanda with a reduced caffeine content — created specifically for cold brews that you can drink at any time of the day. The composition offers a fresh, fruity profile balanced by a delicate sweetness. In the first impression, citrus and berry notes appear, giving the beverage a distinct crispness and lightness. The whole is completed by a subtle caramel sweetness that introduces a pleasant depth and balance. This is a cold brew that delivers exactly what you would expect from a summer infusion — juiciness, freshness, and natural sweetness, but with less caffeine. Perfect for warm days and all the moments when you feel like having something truly refreshing and light.RECIPELOW Cold Brew develops its character best in cold preparation — that is when it fully shows the freshness, lightness, and fruity juiciness that makes you want to come back for more.Start with a coarse grind of the coffee, preferably in the range of 28–32 clicks on a Comandante grinder (around 30 clicks will be a good reference point). Then, pour cold, filtered water over it in a ratio of 6 g of coffee per 100 g of water and place the whole thing in the refrigerator for 14–16 hours. After filtering, you will get a clear brew with a fresh, fruity profile and natural sweetness. It works great drunk on its own, with ice cubes, or as a base for light summer drinks.Store in a cold and dry space.

The Brazilian beans are dried on concrete patios in a dry climate, while the Ugandan beans undergo selection, flotation, and drying on raised beds with fermentation, giving them a fruity character. The combination of both creates a sweet, tropical-chocolate profile, known as LOW Jungle Fruit. The Brazilian beans were decaffeinated using supercritical CO₂, which removes caffeine while preserving aroma and structure. The brew is light, intensely tropical-fruity with a delicate chocolate background, full-bodied with smooth acidity, and a long, fruity finish that highlights its character. In 250 g of brew prepared according to the V60 protocol, 57.2 mg of caffeine was measured, representing approximately a 70% reduction compared to the fully caffeinated version.ROASTER’S NOTELOW Jungle Fruit presents itself as a brew with a pronounced tropical-fruity profile and a subtle chocolate background. COFFEE PLANT - Tonic Espresso Blend Espresso 250 g

Manufacturer: COFFEE PLANT

Roasting date: 05.06.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Kenya and Ethiopia, roasted in Poland by COFFEE PLANT. Dark roast, perfect for espresso, coffee machines, and moka pots. You can expect hints of red fruits, stone fruits and fresh citrus.Country: Kenya, EthiopiaRegion: Nyeri, GujiVarietal: SL28, SL34, HeirloomProcessing: Natural/Fully washedAltitude: 1620-2230 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEThis coffee was designed for espresso tonic — juicy, refreshing, and distinct enough to hold its own when combined with tonic water. Its profile features red fruits, stone fruits, and subtle citrus, which together build a fresh, fruity character.Washed processed Kenya brings clear, citrusy energy and structure, ensuring the espresso remains distinct even after mixing with tonic. Natural processed Ethiopia adds sweetness and an intense, fruity dimension — ranging from juicy red fruits to ripe stone fruits. The espresso itself is full of energy, clean, and naturally sweet, with a clear freshness in the background. When combined with tonic, the beverage becomes even lighter and more crisp — citrus notes boost the refreshment, fruity sweetness balances the dryness, and the whole composition results in a juicy, clear, and highly drinkable profile.ROASTER'S OPINIONThis coffee was created with espresso tonic in mind — intense, juicy, and bold enough to cut through even when mixed with tonic. Its profile is based on red fruits, stone fruits, and subtle citrus, which together create a fresh, fruity, and crisp character. In combination with tonic, the drink gains fullness and energy. Citrus notes enhance the refreshing effect, fruity sweetness softens the bitterness of the tonic, and the overall experience becomes both juicy and clear. This is exactly the profile expected from a good espresso tonic base — fresh, light, and very drinkable. Perfect for warm days and all moments when you feel like having something truly refreshing.RECIPEEspresso Tonic is a simple yet very refreshing drink, perfect for hot days. Just prepare a tall glass with ice, pour in about 150 ml of tonic, and then gently add a freshly brewed espresso. The result is a light, sparkling drink with a pleasant citrus and coffee character. For extra aroma, you can add a few slices of orange or grapefruit — they will emphasize the freshness and give the drink a more complex flavor profile. For the espresso, a classic recipe works best: 18 g of finely ground coffee to obtain about 35–40 g of brew in approximately 30 seconds. The order is key — tonic first, then espresso. In the reverse version, the drink may foam up excessively and "overflow" from the glass.Store in a dry and cool place.

COFFEE PLANT - Vietnam Liberica Anaerobic Filter 200g

Manufacturer: COFFEE PLANT

Roasting date: 10.06.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Vietnam, roasted by COFFEE PLANT from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of stevia, green apple, malt, and tropical fruits.Country: VietnamRegion: SaigonProducer: Quang TriProcessing: AnaerobicVarietal: LibericaAltitude: 600m a.s.l.TASTE - intense sweetness and sticky bodyWe have never tasted such a strange coffee before – everything here is unusual. First of all, the species – it is not Arabica, it is not Canephora, and it is not Excelsa. It is a very rare Liberica. Its beautiful, tiny coffee cherries hide a great deal of sweetness and an interesting character. Secondly, Vietnam – an origin that we simply avoid, and thirdly – this Liberica grows at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level. To top it off, a very long fermentation was added to the coffee. All of this made the coffee very intense. In the aroma, it smells of fruit, malt, and delicate herbal notes. In the flavor, you will find very intense notes of stevia, apple, and tropical fruits. Everything is crowned by a long, very sweet, malty aftertaste. The acidity is low but well-developed. The body is high and very sticky, reminiscent of the natural sweetener that is stevia. This is a coffee that tastes like nothing we have ever had before!PROCESSING - intense fermentationIn the case of this coffee, we are dealing with a fairly simple processing method – anaerobic natural. Although the processing itself is quite classic, its length gives it a unique character. After being delivered to the washing station, the coffee cherries were placed into plastic vacuum bags. There, the cherries ferment for as long as 120 hours. After this time, the cherries are spread out on raised beds and dry for another 30 days. At the very end, the seeds are stripped of the remaining pulp and packed into GrainPro bags.PLANTATION - Quang Tri - Liberica straight from Vietnamese Saigon!Quang Tri is a coffee shop, a roastery, and a coffee producer. On the production side, Quang Tri operates by looking for small, natural plantations and rare botanical varieties – Canephora, Excelsa, and Liberica. And that is how lot 96b was created – it is a blend of Libericas coming from two very small farms.Next, the coffee was transported to one of the processing stations that Quang Tri has been working with for many years. There, the coffee was subjected to an intense fermentation process. First, the cleaned coffee cherries ferment for as long as 120 hours in plastic, airless bags. After this time, the cherries are spread out on raised beds and dry for another 30 days. At the very end, the seeds are stripped of the remaining pulp and packed into GrainPro bags.ROASTER'S OPINIONThere are rare coffees, there are strange coffees, there are unique coffees – this one combines everything. First of all, we are dealing with Liberica – in our several-year history, we have tasted maybe 2 Libericas and they were not very good. Secondly, it is a coffee from Vietnam, which is an origin we generally avoid. Thirdly, we have a very intense fermentation, which in itself is not that strange. However, Quang Tri produced only 180 kg of this lot – we bought 60 kg from this lot. The coffee is very sweet, even sticky – honey-like, though this sweetness is definitely much more reminiscent of stevia than honey. It has a light, fruity acidity reminiscent of apple, plus some tropical fruits and malt or dark beer. This is a very interesting option for people looking for something truly unique.ROYAL BEANSWhat’s behind the name Royal Beans? If Speciality beans are the pinnacle of coffee, our Royal Beans reach the Himalayas! In this series, we present the very top of the coffee pyramid, the crème de la crème, as precious as crown jewels. Anaerobic, Gesha, Nanolot, Lychee – what does it mean to go beyond the ordinary? – Royal Beans is a selection of coffees chosen by us from various roasters – they share exceptional flavor, limited production, unique processing methods, and the highest quality. A treat for coffee connoisseurs (and those aspiring to be)!Store in a dry and cool place.

In the cup, you can expect the hints of toffi, biscuits and macadamia nuts.Country: MexicoRegion: ChiapasVarietal: Catimor, MarsellesaProcessing: Washed Method of decaffeination: Mountain Water Decaf Altitude: 1000 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEE AND PROCESSING Sueño is like a caffeine-free sweet treat you can reach for without a second thought. At any time of day or night. It tastes a bit like toffee, a bit like buttery biscuits. The cup is sweet and creamy, with a soft, nutty note. All the magic happens after harvest. Sueño is decaffeinated with water by Descamex in Mexico, without the use of solvents. First, the green coffee is placed in a steam bath that opens up the structure of the beans and allows soluble compounds, including caffeine, to be released. The resulting water is not “empty”, though. Aromatic components remain, and this becomes the base for the rest of the process.Subsequent batches of beans are immersed in this same aroma-saturated water. Because of the difference in concentration, caffeine gradually moves from the beans into the solution, while flavour compounds stay in place. The process is repeated until the caffeine content drops to trace levels. Finally, the coffee is gently dried to the desired moisture level and prepared for transport. That’s why Sueño never feels “stripped back”. Instead, it remains sweet, elegant and complete, despite the absence of caffeine.Store in a cold and dry space.

The Brazilian beans are dried on concrete patios in a dry climate, which gives them a clean, chocolate-forward profile, while the Rwandan Bourbon is dried on raised beds in a more humid climate, developing a fruit-driven character. The Brazilian beans were decaffeinated using the supercritical CO₂ method, which removes caffeine while preserving aroma and structure. The LOW Very Berry brew is velvety and light, combining berry and chocolate notes with subtle citrus accents. It features high sweetness, a full body, and gentle acidity, with a long chocolate finish completing the composition. In 250 g of brew prepared according to the V60 protocol, 45.1 mg of caffeine was measured, representing approximately a 70% reduction compared to the fully caffeinated version.ROASTER'S OPINIONStore in a cold and dry space.
COFFEE PLANT - Peru Ismeria Leon Washed Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: COFFEE PLANT

Roasting date: 28.04.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Peru, roasted by COFFEE PLANT from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of green apple, grapes, caramel and cranberry.Origin: PeruRegion: CallayucFarma: La LucumaProcessing: Fully washedVariety: CaturraAltitude: 2250 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE FARMThis coffee comes from Ismeria Leon, who manages a 2-hectare farm in the village of Santa Teresa, situated at an impressive altitude of 2250 m a.s.l. Such extreme conditions — high sun exposure combined with cool temperatures — promote slow fruit ripening and the development of high-quality Arabica. The farm is located in the Callayuc region, within the Cutervo province (Cajamarca), one of the historical coffee-growing areas in northern Peru. This terrain stretches from approximately 690 to over 2800 m a.s.l., creating incredibly diverse microclimates — from fertile valleys to humid, tropical zones with high biodiversity.Ismeria Leon, like other local producers, manages her crops in strict harmony with nature, utilizing naturally fertile soils and favorable climatic conditions. The area also features characteristic landscape elements, such as the Viluco waterfall and the Cerro Pabellon mountains and the Cordillera del Wissus range, which contribute to the region's unique ecosystem. It is this combination of altitude, climate, and biodiversity that gives Callayuc coffee its distinct, complex, and characteristic profile.ROASTER'S OPINIONThe location of the La Lucuma farm is truly exceptional — over 2200 m a.s.l. is an altitude rarely encountered in Peruvian coffee cultivation. These extreme conditions favor slow fruit maturation and the building of a complex flavor profile. The Caturra variety is also not among the most common there — it accounts for about 20% of total coffee production in Peru, which makes lots of this type even more interesting and unique. Peru as an origin is often underestimated and overlooked by consumers, which is why we regularly try to include at least one coffee from this country in our offer. This time, it is the beans from Ismeria Leon.In the aroma, the coffee is fresh and fruity — green apple clearly dominates, complemented by delicate cranberry and caramel sweetness. On the palate, the profile remains very consistent: juicy apple appears in the foreground, enveloped in caramel, with hints of cranberry and grape. The whole has a medium, round body and low, smooth acidity reminiscent of an unripe apple. The sweetness is high and caramelly, and the aftertaste is medium-long, pleasantly sweet, and balanced. This is a coffee with very good balance and a clean profile — definitely an example of how good Peru can be.RECIPEWe recommend brewing this coffee using a dripper — from Hario or Origami. Due to the very high density of the beans, we recommend a finer grind than usual, a longer brewing time, and a temperature around 96 degrees Celsius.Store in a dry and cool place.

COFFEE PLANT - Kenya Tegu Fully Washed Filter 250 g

Roasting date: 05.06.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Kenya, roasted by Coffee Plant. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. In the cup, you can expect the hints of tomato, caramel, peach and currants.Origin: KenyaRegion: NyeriProcessing:  Fully washedVariety: SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11Altitude: 1700 m a.s.lABOUT THE COFFEETomato notes take center stage in the aroma, reminiscent of tomato leaves – distinct and very characteristic. They are accompanied by sweet caramel and slightly underripe peach. The flavor profile is even more complex – the tomato character combines with notes of redcurrant, peach, and caramel. The coffee has a high, almost sparkling acidity associated with currants and a clear, slightly umami character that creates its dry twist. The body is high and smooth, and the aftertaste is long and fruity, with a delicate, dry accent. This is a direction you will also see in subsequent coffees from Kenya from this year's harvest.ROASTER'S OPINIONAt the Tegu washing station, the coffee undergoes multi-stage wet processing characteristic of Kenya. After initial selection, the cherries go to the first fermentation stage, which lasts about 24 hours. They are then washed and moved to another fermentation tank. After the pulp is removed, the beans go into washing channels where lighter beans (so-called floaters) are separated, and the heavier ones are thoroughly cleaned of the sticky layer surrounding the bean (mucilage). The next stage is soaking the beans again for about 24 hours. This process promotes the development of amino acids and proteins, which translates into higher acidity and greater complexity of the fruity profile – a key element of Kenyan coffees. Finally, the beans are spread in a thin layer on African beds, where they initially lose some moisture quickly, and are then regularly turned and dried until they reach about 11% moisture. After drying, the coffee is hulled, packed, and undergoes a short stabilization stage before export.RECIPEThis coffee responds well to the brewing method – you can emphasize its juicy, currant acidity or bring out its more savory, tomato-like character. In a V60, it is at its most juicy and distinct – redcurrant, peach, and high, sparkling acidity. In an Origami, the profile balances out, and the tomato twist becomes more legible. In an AeroPress, the coffee is smoother and fuller, with a more pronounced umami character.Lower temperatures emphasize freshness and fruit, while higher temperatures bring out depth and strengthen the savory profile. A coarser grind provides more lightness and acidity, while a finer grind yields more body and umami. We recommend a medium-coarse grind (25 clicks on a Comandante) and a drip brewing method – such as the Origami – with a dose of 17 g per 240 ml of water.Using water at 95°C, pour according to the following timeline:0:30 – 50 ml , 0:50 – 110 ml , 1:15 – 200 ml , 2:40 – 240 mlGently stir at the end.Store in a cold and dry space.

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Brazil, roasted in Warsaw by CoffeeLab. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. In the cup, you can expect the hints of dried apricot, muscovado and rice tea.Origin: BrazilRegion: Cerrado MineiroFarm: Fazenda Vivir CaféVariety: Red CatuaíProcessing: Induced FermentationAltitude: 1100 m a.s.l.Brazil from the Veloso sisters is a proper sweet one for filter: sticky and dessert-like. Just right over a few ice cubes when you feel like a cold coffee that leans more sweet than fruity and juicy. You won’t find high acidity or a citrusy kick here. Instead, there are notes of dried fruit, like sweet apricot, alongside the darker, deeper sweetness of muscovado sugar. The finish reminds us of rice tea: gently toasted, smooth, with a pleasantly sticky texture.ABOUT THE FARMBehind this coffee are Virgínia and Viviane Veloso, sisters and co-founders of Vivir Café. Their family has been working with coffee in Cerrado Mineiro for over 50 years, and today they produce coffee across six farms, focusing on specialty Arabica, quality and a more conscious approach to farming. This lot is Red Catuaí grown at 1100 m a.s.l., processed as a natural with 48 hours of induced fermentation.Store in a cold and dry space.
