Key function introduction:

Timing/Mode Switching:

• Tap to start timing.
• Tap again to pause.
• Tap a third time to resume.
• Double-tap to reset timing.

Mode Selection:

• Default mode: NOR (Normal).
• Long-press (2 seconds) to cycle through modes: Auto, ESP, NOR (looping).

Turn On / Turn Off / Tare:

• Tap "Turn On" in Turn On mode.
• Tap "Tare" in Turn On mode.
• Long press "Turn Off" to turn off.

Weight Limit Switching:

• Press and hold the Timer button, then click the Power button to switch between 1500g / 1000g max weight limits.

Silent Mode Toggle:

• Press and hold the Power button.
• While holding, rapidly press the Timer button 3 times.
• The screen will blink to confirm activation.
• To disable silent mode: Repeat the same steps above.

Unit Switching (Weight Mode):

• Default unit: Grams (g).
• Switch units: Briefly press both Power + Timer buttons together to toggle between g (grams) / oz (ounces).

Mode Instruction:

Mode 1: "NOR" Manual Mode:  In this mode, both the start timing and weight reset are manual.

Mode 2: "Auto" Manual Flushing Mode: In this mode, place the cup, press the timer button, count down 3, 2, and 1 in the timing area, and then automatically peel off the skin. When a weight change is detected, start counting and timing. At this time, the timing work can be manually paused.

Mode 3: "ESP" Espresso Mode: In this mode, the first time the coffee portafilter is placed, it will be automatically peeled after stabilizing. When picking up the portafilter several times and adding or reducing coffee powder inside, and then placing it on the weighing pan, if the weight change is within the bowl weight +30g, it will not be automatically peeled until the powder bowl is picked up. When the screen displays a negative number for more than 10 seconds, it will automatically reset to zero and prepare for the next weighing. In this mode, the timing state does not automatically start.
