Here is Rwanda Gatare – a washed Red Bourbon from the Nyamasheke region. It’s one of the most "claro" coffees I’ve ever had! In the cup, you’ll find the sweetness of apricot jam, followed by the acidity of blood orange, and a hint of cinnamon on the finish.



The washed process gives the coffee exceptional clarity and cleanliness, allowing the fruity notes to take center stage. It’s a juicy, sweet, and surprisingly complex option for pour-over – perfect when you're in the mood for something fresh and vibrant!
