ABOUT THE COFFEE

A slightly heavier Kenya for a change—plenty of fruity sweetness, notes of blackcurrant, and a grape aftertaste. The ideal coffee to end the summer!

SL 28, SL 34, Batian, and Ruiru 11—it's the Batian and Ruiru 11 that add more sweetness and body, making it slightly different from a classic, crisp Kenya.

At the washing station, the cherries ferment for about 16 hours and are then rinsed with mountain spring water. After washing, the coffee is dried in parchment on raised beds for 14–21 days.

ROASTER'S OPINION

We got it—Kenya is finally back in our offer and at a great price! Here we have crisp blackcurrant, caramelly sweetness, and hints of grape in the aftertaste. It is a slightly heavier Kenya with dominant sweetness. Ideal to end the summer!
