With love and respect

It all began in 1966, when a group of small-scale farmers from El Salvador decided that they could achieve more together. This led to the creation of the San José de La Majada cooperative, which today – after nearly 60 years of experience – is an absolute leader in quality in the Sonsonate region. Their secret lies in volcanic soil, shade-grown cultivation, and a focus on specific varieties such as Bourbon and Pacas. Currently, it is a tight-knit team of over 400 producers who combine good old traditions with new technology. Their mission is simple: to provide the world with high-quality beans while caring for the well-being of the local community and the environment. In short – total professionalism born out of a love for coffee and respect for nature!
