Fellow Stagg EKG Pro offers an expanded menu with many settings:

SCHEDULE – the ability to program the start of water heating in the kettle at a specific time. You can also turn on a recurring water heating planner, e.g., every day at 8:00 – ideal for busy mornings.

GUIDE MODE – with the "on" setting, it is possible to guide the user to learn water temperatures dedicated to various applications. However, for experienced users, precise temperature control using the knob will work best (in that case, set this to "off").

CHIME – this EKG has a voice! Here you can set the volume of audio signals that will play when the kettle reaches the selected temperature. You can choose a setting from "0" to "10", where "10" means the loudest signal.

UNITS – here you will find the choice between Celsius and Fahrenheit degrees; in the previous version, unit changes were made with a mechanical switch on the back of the kettle, in the new one – right here in the menu.

GENERAL – here you will find settings for current time, language, WiFi connection (for firmware update purposes; note: the kettle only connects to 2.4 GHz routers, it does not detect 5 GHz ones), and device calibration. The creators do not rule out that in the future, after an update, the option to change kettle settings from a smartphone app may also arrive.

ALTITUDE – you can set the elevation of your location so that the kettle does not overboil the water – at higher altitudes above sea level, water boils at a temperature lower than 100°C. Fellow designers know this and programmed such a setting into the kettle.

PRE-BOIL – you can choose a setting thanks to which the kettle will first boil the water and then inform you when it drops to a specified value (while maintaining it). Useful for water sterilization. Parents of small infants will also appreciate this feature.

HOLD – maintaining the set water temperature. In the menu, you can choose the duration of temperature maintenance – 15, 30, 45, or 60 min.
