Medium roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and for espresso, moka pots. This coffe is spicy, sweet and elegant, just enough sweetness from the natural to balance the cup. Acid enough to cut through good full fat milk.

ABOUT THE COFFEE
The MILK MAN is a blend built on the same reliable foundation as the LGB, using two clean washed coffees, now complemented by a portion of natural processed coffee to bring extra sweetness and complexity. While this is a versatile, all-purpose blend, its heart lies in creating exceptional espresso: the perfect base for milk drinks, whether made with dairy milk or plant-based alternatives.
Our second Milk Man is dedicated to a wonderful new coffee drink: DIRTY COFFEE. It starts with a double espresso from our Milk Man, gently poured over 15 cl of very cold, semi-concentrated whole milk. Served in a (chilled) glass, it’s as beautiful as it is delicious—deep coffee flavors with a striking contrast: hot on the upper lip, cold on the lower.
Store in a dry and cool place.
