This creates a dilemma for producers, who must navigate the risks and uncertainties associated with this method of production.
However, despite the challenges, Juan continues to produce exceptional natural coffees year after year. The quality of his coffee is so outstanding that we gladly pay a premium well above the FNC or Fairtrade prices.
