Delicate white chocolate with matcha green tea. Matcha is grown Japan - its leaves are specially cultivated for consistency in the greenest of colour, softness in texture, mild flavour, and sweet aroma. The tea is powdered and added to white chocolate - hence the green colour.
One memorable morning in Uji, just south of Kyoto, I was simply blown away by the much celebrated Kotabuki Matcha. I knew at once its smooth, pure flavour would make the most extraordinary matcha white chocolate.
Here it is, perfectly balanced with natural cocoa butter, raw cane sugar and milk. Simply sublime.
All the chocolate is 100% Natural and Pure. I use no soy lecithin or vanilla, and only the best ingredients like raw sugar cane, unrefined cocoa butter and kotobuki matcha tea!
