INSTRUCTIONS:
In an automatic / commercial espresso machine
- Put a tablet/scoop into the dedicated opening (chute) in the upper part of the machine.
- Start the appropriate cleaning program or follow the device manufacturer's recommendations.
In a manual / portafilter espresso machine
- Place the tablet directly in the portafilter.
- Install the portafilter in the group head of the machine and start the cleaning cycle (so-called backflushing).
