Organic jasmine green tea Brown House & Tea.ma. High-quality green tea flavored with organic jasmine flowers in a traditional way. The tea leaves take the essential oils from the flowers and gain a unique jasmine flavour and aroma.
Green tea and freshly picked jasmine flowers are stacked together and left for a few days. At night, the flowers open and release the essential oils straight into the tea leaves. It is a natural and traditional way of flavoring tea in China.
At BH&T, the focus is only on organic produce. It was hard to find a suitable jasmine garden that is cultivated in accordance with EU ecological standards. However, it was possible! Jasmine flowers come from the only BIO certified garden in all of China, located in Guangxi Province. Green tea also comes from organic farming in Jiangxi Province, China.
The taste and smell are intense, the jasmine is strongly felt, but does not obscure the taste of green tea. Fruity, delicately sweet, relaxes and unwinds. The perfect tea for an early afternoon.
Brewing method: Pour a teaspoon of tea into water (200 ml) at 80 °C and let it brew for 1.5 - 2 minutes.
