Black leaf tea from the Indian province of Assam with a strong taste and aroma. Due to its expressiveness, it is often eaten for breakfast instead of morning coffee. The infusion with a dark amber color has a deep, extremely expressive and intense flavor. It will also be great with additions, e.g. honey, lemon or syrups.
Organic Assam tea is a variety of black tea (camellia assamica), which is grown in a bio tea garden in the Indian province of Assam. Tea bushes (resembling trees) are grown in North India at the foot of the Himalayas. This location makes the tea leaves have ideal climatic conditions for growth (access to light, adequate hydration).
