Lune Tea Blue Matcha are powdered clitoria ternatena flowers. This plant grows in a tropical climate - mainly in Asia. Flowers, roots and fruits of clitoria have been used as a natural food coloring for many years. In addition to the soothing effect, you can also enjoy its numerous health-promoting properties. It has been used as an antidepressant in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years. Blue matcha combines two areas of the most valuable activities: supporting concentration and memory with calming, relieving tension and helping to combat insomnia. PROPERTIES
Blue Matcha is famous primarily for its surprising blue color. The drink is sensitive to acid reactions - if you add a little citrus juice, the color will change to purple!
FLAVOUR
The taste of Clitoria Ternaten is strongly herbal, woody and earthy. We recommend eating with the addition of honey and plant milk.
HOW TO BREW
Add small amount of powder (about 1/3 teaspoon), pour hot water and mix thoroughly.
Add honey, your favorite milk and enjoy the taste of blue matcha!
