This coffee is an absolute bomb of lavender and Earl Grey that is addictive from the very first sip. The unique profile of these Caturra variety beans is the result of meticulous work. The cherries first undergo a 36-hour pre-fermentation, and then, after pulping, they go into sealed anaerobic tanks for as long as 6 days, where the addition of enzymes allows their full potential to be unlocked.ROASTER'S OPINIONThis coffee is my favorite offering in our lineup.
