Manufacturer: FELLOW

Fellow Ode Gen 2 is an automatic coffee grinder for pour-over brewing methods. Prepare your V60, Chemex, AeroPress and whatnot! The new generation of award-winning Fellow grinder is here! What's new?Updated brew burrs (Gen 2 Brew Burrs) that were designed specifically for Ode by VP of R&D and Certified Q Grader Nick Terzulli. The Gen 2 Brew Burrs are capable of grinding as fine as 250 microns, while the Standard Brew Burrs that come stock in the original Ode Brew Grinder can grind as fine as 500 microns.Anti-static technology, which helps to reduce the static from freshly ground coffee. This reduces the retention of coffee grounds in the grinder from ~1g to as low as 0.1g, so there is much less grind mess than the original Ode Brew Grinder.A larger and redesigned hopper and catch cup that can hold 100g of coffee.Fellow Ode Gen 2 combines great design with functionality:The grind adjustment wheel is located on the front dial. You can choose one of 31 settings, depending on the brewing method you use: AeroPress, dripper, Chemex, French Press, or Cold Brew. Ode does not grind for espresso.Ode includes professional-grade, large, 64mm, flat, stainless steel burrs that provide even grinding on every setting. The second generation burrs offer new geometry that enables you to grind finer than the standard brew burrs. Higher  precision gives more control and makes it easier to achieve expected extraction and flavour of coffee. The grind size is 250 - 300 microns and up, compared to 550 microns in the standard ODE burrs. Finer grinding provides higher extraction and enables you to brew more balanced, sweeter coffee with a higher body.PID System guarantees stable and smooth work.Automatic shut off. The motor will turn off automatically after grinding. The system detects when the hopper is empty and turns off the grinder. The hopper holds up to 100 grams of coffee beans - designed as a single dose hopper. Also, it has been redesigned - now it as steeper angles to help feed beans down the chute for speedier grinding. The grounds container is made of aluminum. A magnet on its bottom makes it easy to place the container on the base of the grinder. A knocker known from professional grinders helps to get rid of all the grounds - in result, the retention of the grinder is extremely low.Quiet grind noise thanks to high-quality materials to ditching the noisy gearbox. The body is elegant and solid, made of aluminum and plastic.Small dimensions allow you to place the grinder almost anywhere.Dimensions (D x W x H) 23,9 cm x 10,5 cm x 24,8 cm.220V, EU plug. This product comes with EU Type C/F plug. It is created in cooperation with Senel and Alan Campos — producers who have consistently developed their approach to quality and precise coffee processing over the years. The natural process highlights the fruity character and dense body of the brew. We recommend it primarily for filter brewing methods, where its clarity and multi-layered nature are most pronounced.Finca La Toboba Jocotes is located in the Convento, Pérez Zeledón region of Brunca, Costa Rica, at an altitude of 1420 to 1710 meters above sea level. The farm is run by Senel Campos along with his son Alan, managing three estates spread across the steep terrains of southern Costa Rica.Senel Campos' story is a tale of consistency and gradual development. He grew up in Pérez Zeledón under difficult conditions, sharing a small house with his siblings and often going to school hungry. Despite limited opportunities, he and his family built a project based on high-quality specialty coffee production and an increasingly precise approach to processing.Over the past decade, the processes on the farm have evolved from simple, basic methods to consciously controlled production of honey and natural process lots. Coffees from La Toboba are characterized by a very low number of defects and high consistency in quality. This specific lot of the Catigua variety was subjected to the natural process, which brings out notes of walnut, mandarin, and sugar cane in the cup. The coffee stands out for its high sweetness, performing particularly well in filter brewing methods.Store in a dry and cool place.

This coffee is perfectly suited for all pressure brewing methods, such as an espresso machine or a moka pot.ABOUT THE PLANTATIONThe coffee comes from the Chirripó micro-region in the southern part of Costa Rica, where the Ureña Rojas family runs their farms. This is one of the most consistently developing coffee projects in the region — the family micromill Café Rivense, founded in 2005 by Régulo Ureña and Isabel Rojas, and today managed together with their sons: Ricardo, Mario, Esteban, and Luis. The Vista al Chirripó plantation is located at an altitude of up to ~2000 m a.s.l., overlooking the highest peak in Costa Rica — Cerro Chirripó. It was from this very plantation that the lots which took 5th place in the 2019 Cup of Excellence originated — it is one of the most esteemed terroirs in the entire country. The farm focuses on biodiversity, complete self-sufficiency, and minimal water consumption, and the entire production — from harvesting, through processing, to export — is carried out entirely by the family themselves, without intermediaries.ABOUT THE COFFEEThis is an exceptional lot of the Caturra variety, subjected to anaerobic fermentation and dried in the cherry. This process highlights the juicy fruitiness and deep sweetness, creating a profile full of cherry, prune, and praline creaminess. The cup is smooth, elegant, with a long, sweet finish — perfect as a unique dessert espresso. The cherries are selectively hand-picked and then undergo anaerobic fermentation, where they remain in controlled conditions without access to oxygen. This gives the coffee a deeper color, richness, and dessert character. Afterwards, the cherries are dried naturally to concentrate the sweetness and aroma. The result? An intense, juicy, velvety coffee with a beautifully developed acidity of stone fruits.Store in a dry and cool place.

From other continents too, but at this moment – from Africa the most. Warmth, sunshine, nothing left to do but sip these juicy coffees day after day. These beans come from the Iloma AMCOS cooperative in the Songwe region of Tanzania. 391 farmers deliver coffee to this cooperative. They cultivate coffee at an altitude between 1800 and 1900 meters above sea level on fertile volcanic soils. The cherries are processed using the washed method – after harvesting, they go straight to the station, where they spend about 24 hours in water, and then dry for 11–14 days.In the cup, the coffee is like juice. Notes of redcurrants and lemongrass. Coffee first appeared in the territories of modern-day Tanzania in the 16th century, initially in the Bukoba region, where local varieties were grown even before the colonial period. Currently, Tanzania produces an average of about 50–70 thousand tons of coffee per year, mostly Arabica.I am no coffee prophet, but I have a hot take that Tanzania is the new Kenya. Kaizen - Ethiopia Tagel Alamayehu Washed Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: KAIZEN

Roasting date: 08.06.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Ethiopia, roasted by Kaizen. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. In the cup, you can expect the hints of jasmine, apricot and orange.Country: EthiopiaRegion: GujiFarm: Tagel AlamayehuVarietal: 74110Processing: WashedAltitude: 2300 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE REGION AND PRODUCERThis coffee comes from the Guji region, specifically the Hambela Wamena area, situated at an altitude of approximately 2300 m a.s.l. This is one of Ethiopia's most esteemed terroirs—the extreme altitude, cool climate, and slow ripening of the fruit result in a high sugar concentration and extraordinary aromatic precision. The project is led by Tagel Alamayehu—owner of the Olkai export company and coordinator of the Hambela Goro station. His story is personal and deeply rooted in the region. Tagel’s father was one of the coffee pioneers in Guji and built the first washing station in the Bule Hora community. Following family financial struggles, Tagel set a goal to rebuild what was lost—and he realized this plan by creating a modern, quality-focused project based on collaboration with local farmers.Today, Hambela Goro works with 460 small-scale producers, many of whom own only a few hundred coffee trees. Although each batch is a natural composition of many micro-plots, the coffee maintains impressive consistency and a clean profile.ABOUT THE COFFEEThis lot is the 74110 variety—a selection originating from the JARC research program, known for its high sensory quality and clarity in the cup. Combined with the altitude of 2300 m a.s.l., it yields a coffee with a distinct structure, elegant acidity, and multi-layered aromatics. The washed processing was carried out with great precision. Cherries are harvested at peak ripeness, hand-sorted multiple times, and then, after depulping, fermented in water for approximately 48 hours. Drying takes place on African beds for 10–12 days, depending on weather conditions. The cup is dominated by an intense jasmine aroma, which builds lightness and elegance. The flavor features juicy orange, providing freshness and a clear, citric acidity, while the experience is rounded off by ripe, sweet apricot, bringing softness and fruity depth.Store in a cold and dry space.

A truly competitive profileA handshake separates me from this farm. The La Esperanza farm was established in 1946. 80 years ago, the first coffee trees in the state of Veracruz were planted by Don Antonio Rincon and Dona Lucia Garcia. The history of the Rincon family took off for good in 1970, thanks to the division of the family estate in the name of peace of mind and better organization. Emmanuel Rincon turned out to be a real game changer, turning the processing method upside down. Instead of sticking to schemes, he focused on bold experiments with fermentation and exchanging experiences with producers from all over the world. In 2018, Emmanuel joined forces with Andreas, whose hand I shook in 2022 when he was showing me what farms in Mexico look like. With Exportadora de Café California, moving to a pro level, he combined the fight for the highest quality with care for the ecosystem and soil regeneration. The effect? Since 2019, the beans from La Esperanza have represented a purely competitive profile. Emmanuel obsessively looks for clarity, complexity, and that perfect balance between body, acidity, and sweetness in the brew.Store in a cold and dry space.
