Grown by smallholder farmers united under the Coffee Gardens initiative, it is produced with a focus on quality, sustainability, and building direct relationships between farmers and roasters. This is a coffee that combines an excellent sensory profile with real support for the local community. The Coffee Gardens project is built around the idea of transparent specialty coffee production. Farmers receive training in shade-grown coffee cultivation, sustainable agricultural practices, and the careful harvesting of fully ripe cherries. These practices allow for beans of exceptional quality and a clean flavor profile. The varieties grown here, Nyasaland, SL14, and SL28, are known for their high sensory potential, offering the complexity and elegance typical of the best African coffees.ABOUT THE COFFEEThe fully washed process has been refined down to the smallest detail. Coffee cherries reach the processing station within a few hours of harvest. They then undergo depulping, initial washing, and a long, controlled fermentation in cool mountain spring water lasting around 40 hours. This slow and gentle process brings out maximum clarity in the cup and highlights the coffee’s natural fruit notes. Before export, the coffee is sorted through as many as 12 stages, ensuring the highest level of bean selection. In the cup, Uganda Zebigi presents a harmonious and elegant profile. Notes of juicy apple and sweet grapes are clearly noticeable, followed by a subtle, creamy vanilla. The coffee has a bright yet pleasant acidity, a light to medium body, and a clean, lingering finish. It is an excellent choice for filter brewing methods such as drip, Chemex, or AeroPress, as well as for those looking for a lighter, fruit-forward espresso. If you are looking for an African specialty coffee with a clean profile, vibrant fruit character, and transparent origin, Uganda Zebigi from the KAFAR roastery is a choice that combines exceptional flavor with the story of the people behind every bean.Store in a cold and dry space.

Finca El Llano belongs to the Perez family and is located in the prestigious Acatenango region, in the Chimaltenango department, in the heart of Guatemala’s volcanic mountain chain. It is here, in the shadow of volcanoes and under the influence of breezes from the Pacific Ocean, that coffees of remarkable depth and elegance are produced. The name El Llano means “the plain” in Spanish, and the name is no coincidence. The farm covers an area of around 10 hectares, creating ideal conditions for the stable and sustainable development of coffee plants.Raul Perez, the main caretaker of the farm, has been steadily developing his plantation for years, introducing new coffee varieties with greater resilience and improved quality potential. His goal is not only to produce outstanding specialty coffee, but also to create a model farm based on the principles of regenerative agriculture.Raul actively seeks ways to reduce or completely eliminate artificial fertilizers, focusing on maintaining ecosystem balance and the long-term fertility of the soil. Whole-bean specialty coffee from Colombia, roasted in Poland by Kafar. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The cup is filled with notes of chocolate, almonds and red fruits.Country: ColombiaRegion: GaitaniaProcessing: WashedVarietal: Caturra, CastilloCupping score: 85 / 100 Colombia La Roma is a specialty coffee from the Gaitania region in Tolima, an area considered the cradle of Colombian coffee. It is also a region with a difficult history, where despite many challenges local producers continue to develop and cultivate coffee of the highest quality. This lot was produced as part of the Black Condor Project – an initiative supporting more than 100 independent farmers through fair pricing, training, and access to modern processing infrastructure. The project is led by Emmanuel, a producer raised in a family with a multi-generational coffee tradition. In 2016, together with his family, he established a central processing station to help farmers from more than 15 nearby villages process their coffee in a controlled, quality-focused way. This approach allows for a consistent and clean sensory profile while also significantly increasing the income of the local community. Farmers are offered prices up to 18–20% higher than the market average, and regular workshops on fermentation, drying, and cupping help continuously improve production standards.ABOUT COFFEEColombia La Roma undergoes a classic washed process, which highlights the natural clarity and elegance of Colombian varieties such as Caturra and Castillo. Careful cherry selection, controlled fermentation, and slow drying contribute to a balanced and harmonious flavor profile. In the cup, this coffee offers notes of chocolate and almonds that create a sweet, creamy base. These are complemented by hints of red fruits, bringing freshness and a delicate fruity acidity. The cup is smooth and velvety, with a pleasant, lingering finish. It is an exceptionally versatile coffee that works beautifully as espresso, where its chocolate-nut depth stands out, and equally well in filter methods, where its fruitier and more complex character becomes more pronounced.Colombia La Roma from the KAFAR roastery is an example of classic Colombian specialty coffee – balanced, elegant, and full of character, while also representing the story of the people who are building the future of their communities through coffee.Store in a cold and dry space.

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Honduras, roasted by Bracia Ziółkowscy roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The brew resembles the flavour of pineapple, cocoa and alcohol.Origin: HondurasRegion: Chiancla, La PazFarm: Las Lomas, Marysabel Caballero i Moises HerreraVariety:  Catuai Processing: NaturalAltitude: 1600 m a.s.l.Cupping score: 86 / 100ABOUT THE FARMMarysabel Caballero and her husband, Moises Herrera, are second and third-generation coffee producers. They inherited their farms from their parents and creatively evolved their cultivation and processing methods. They have been working with specialty coffee since the early 2000s and achieved legendary status long ago. Year after year, they produce the highest quality green beans, serving as pioneers not only of specialty coffee in Honduras but also of new processing techniques. They were the ones who successfully adapted natural processing to the challenging climatic conditions of Honduras. The Caballero family owns nearly 200 hectares of land divided into 17 different farms in the Marcala region of eastern Honduras. All their operations are centered at a central washing station – Xincala. This is where all the cherries they harvest are processed. The family constantly invests in the station's development, making it possible to continuously improve quality.Marysabel and Moises's farms feature clay-like soil, and the main variety they grow is Catuai, though they also have Java, Pacamara, and Geisha trees.ROASTER'S OPINIONWe roasted our first naturals from Caballero in 2020. A lot has changed since then. Back then, the processing still had its flaws; there were many heavily over-fermented beans that roasted darker than the rest, creating a slight "muddiness" or what some called "tarriness" in the cup. Today, that is completely gone. This is a sweet, jammy, and thick natural, yet remarkably clean and transparent at the same time. We were fans of those coffees back then, but now we are truly blown away.Store in a cold and dry space.

BeMyBean - Indonesia Java Sadayana Anaerobic Natural Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: BEMYBEAN

Roasting date: 04.05.2026

A whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Indonesia, roasted by BeMyBean from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of blackberries, wild elderberries, raspberry treats, wild strawberries, blueberry pies and homemade wine.Origin: IndonesiaRegion: Bandung, West JavaFarm: Sadayna Processing: Anaerobic NaturalVariety: AtengAltitude: 1600 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEJava Sadayana, in its version for alternative brewing methods, is a coffee full of forest fruits and deep, dessert-like sweetness. Blackberry and elderberry provide it with a slightly vinous, juicy acidity, wild strawberry brings freshness, and notes of raspberry Jaffa cakes and blueberry buns build a soft, pastry-like background. The whole experience is tied together by an accent of homemade wine, which adds character and resonates long on the finish. Java Sadayana in filter brewing reveals its more complex, multi-layered face. From the very first sip, juicy blackberry and elderberry appear – slightly wild, deep, with vinous acidity. After a moment, wild strawberry joins in, brightening the profile and introducing freshness.Notes of raspberry Jaffa cakes and blueberry buns give it softness and a pleasant, familiar sweetness – like fresh, still slightly warm pastries with fruit filling. On the finish, an accent of homemade wine appears – deep and long, tying the entire profile together and giving it character. This is a coffee of high intensity, yet very juicy at the same time. It has a pleasant body, distinct but not overwhelming acidity, and a long, fruity-vinous aftertaste. The anaerobic natural method is responsible for its character. The process begins with the selection of ripe cherries, which are placed in sealed tanks where fermentation occurs without access to oxygen. In such conditions, microorganisms work differently than in classic methods, creating more complex, often slightly vinous and fruity aromas. After fermentation, the cherries are dried whole, along with the pulp. It is this stage that allows the beans to absorb maximum sweetness and fruity character. The drying process is slow, with great care taken to ensure uniformity.

COFFEE PLANT - Tonic Espresso Blend Espresso 250 g

Manufacturer: COFFEE PLANT

Roasting date: 29.04.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Kenya and Ethiopia, roasted in Poland by COFFEE PLANT. Dark roast, perfect for espresso, coffee machines, and moka pots. You can expect hints of red fruits, stone fruits and fresh citrus.Country: Kenya, EthiopiaRegion: Nyeri, GujiVarietal: SL28, SL34, HeirloomProcessing: Natural/Fully washedAltitude: 1620-2230 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEThis coffee was designed for espresso tonic — juicy, refreshing, and distinct enough to hold its own when combined with tonic water. Its profile features red fruits, stone fruits, and subtle citrus, which together build a fresh, fruity character.Washed processed Kenya brings clear, citrusy energy and structure, ensuring the espresso remains distinct even after mixing with tonic. Natural processed Ethiopia adds sweetness and an intense, fruity dimension — ranging from juicy red fruits to ripe stone fruits. The espresso itself is full of energy, clean, and naturally sweet, with a clear freshness in the background. When combined with tonic, the beverage becomes even lighter and more crisp — citrus notes boost the refreshment, fruity sweetness balances the dryness, and the whole composition results in a juicy, clear, and highly drinkable profile.ROASTER'S OPINIONThis coffee was created with espresso tonic in mind — intense, juicy, and bold enough to cut through even when mixed with tonic. Its profile is based on red fruits, stone fruits, and subtle citrus, which together create a fresh, fruity, and crisp character. In combination with tonic, the drink gains fullness and energy. Citrus notes enhance the refreshing effect, fruity sweetness softens the bitterness of the tonic, and the overall experience becomes both juicy and clear. This is exactly the profile expected from a good espresso tonic base — fresh, light, and very drinkable. Perfect for warm days and all moments when you feel like having something truly refreshing.RECIPEEspresso Tonic is a simple yet very refreshing drink, perfect for hot days. Just prepare a tall glass with ice, pour in about 150 ml of tonic, and then gently add a freshly brewed espresso. The result is a light, sparkling drink with a pleasant citrus and coffee character. For extra aroma, you can add a few slices of orange or grapefruit — they will emphasize the freshness and give the drink a more complex flavor profile. For the espresso, a classic recipe works best: 18 g of finely ground coffee to obtain about 35–40 g of brew in approximately 30 seconds. The order is key — tonic first, then espresso. In the reverse version, the drink may foam up excessively and "overflow" from the glass.Store in a dry and cool place.

COFFEE PLANT - Burundi Nemba Natural Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: COFFEE PLANT

Roasting date: 28.04.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Burundi, roasted by COFFEE PLANT from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of blackberry, black currant, caramel and citrus fruits.Origin: BurundiRegion: KayanzaFarm: Nemba Washing StationProcessing: NaturalVariety: Red BourbonAltitude: 1700 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE FARMThe Nemba station is located in northern Burundi, in the Kayanza province. Its operations are overseen by an agronomist responsible for implementing good agricultural practices and educating producers. The agronomist works directly with the farmers, assisting them in gaining access to tools and selecting cultivation methods best suited to the conditions of their local plots. The station collaborates with 1,074 smallholder producers, each of whom owns an average of about 150 coffee trees. The plantations are situated at altitudes above 1,700 meters above sea level, near the Kibira forest, which favors obtaining high-quality raw material. The station itself has over 200 drying beds and can process up to 750 tons of coffee cherries annually. The entire process — from cultivation to processing — is covered by a monitoring system that ensures full traceability.Nemba is also engaged in the development of local communities, implementing projects that support farmers, including animal husbandry, strengthening cooperative structures, and improving crop yield.ROASTER'S OPINIONNemba is a washing station whose coffees we are always very keen to reach for. Located in the Kayanza region, it has been famous for years for Red Bourbon lots from local farmers, which stand out due to their natural, high sweetness, often balanced by caramel and fruit accents. These are profiles with low to medium acidity and a medium to high, pleasantly sticky body.In the case of this specific lot from the current harvest, the character remains very consistent with what we usually expect from Nemba. The aroma is dominated by berries, caramel, and citrus — above all lemon, which gives the whole profile freshness and lightness. In the flavor, distinct blackcurrant, juicy blueberries, and again lemon and sweet caramel appear, building a harmonious, well-balanced structure. The body is medium, but distinctly sticky and oily, which adds fullness and depth to the coffee. The aftertaste remains long, caramelly, and pleasantly sweet, while the acidity is low, smooth, and perfectly highlights the high natural sweetness.RECIPEUse your favorite AeroPress recipe. In our opinion, this coffee comes out most interesting when brewed specifically in an AeroPress!Store in a cool and dry place.

COFFEE PLANT - Kenya Muthuaini Washed Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: COFFEE PLANT

Roasting date: 28.04.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Kenya, roasted by COFFEE PLANT from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of tomato, lemon and blackberry.Origin: KenyaRegion: Nyeri, KaratinaFarma: Muthuaini Washing StationProcessing: Fully WashedVariety: SL28, SL34Altitude: 1700-1800 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE FARMThe Mutheka Farmers’ Co-operative Society is an example of what is most important in Kenyan agriculture — the strength of the community, local experience, and grassroots work. Operating in the Nyeri region, in the heart of the Kenyan coffee sector, the cooperative brings farmers together, creating a space for collaboration and the joint improvement of production quality. The organization is based on a cooperative model, supporting its members in production, logistics, and sales, which allows them to reach the market more effectively and increase the value of their coffee. Thanks to this, smallholders benefit from the knowledge, infrastructure, and experience of the entire community.Although the cooperative is not widely known in the media, it constitutes an important element of Kenyan agriculture — stable and based on local commitment. The Mutheka Farmers’ Co-operative Society is, above all, about the people: their work, tradition, and the pursuit of quality that shape contemporary agriculture in Kenya.ROASTER'S OPINIONIn this bag, you will find a classic, well-balanced Kenya — a blend of the two most valued botanical varieties in the country: SL28 and SL34. This combination is the foundation of Kenyan quality and is responsible for the characteristic, expressive profile of this region. In the aroma, the coffee presents itself very fresh and complex — notes of lemon, berries, and a delicate, slightly savory (umami) background appear, giving it depth. The flavor is dominated by citrus, especially lemon, intertwined with juicy blackberry and subtle, dry accents reminiscent of tomato. The body is medium, round, and pleasantly mouth-filling. The whole experience is completed by a long, fruity aftertaste and a vibrant, refreshing acidity with a slightly sparkling character, which gives the coffee energy and freshness. This is a classic Kenya in a very refined, clean form — intense yet elegant, and perfect for the increasingly warm days.RECIPEKenya captivates with its beautiful and sparkling acidity, which is why we recommend a dripper for this coffee — Hario V60 or Origami. For a 300 ml brew, use 18 g of medium-coarsely ground coffee (22-24 clicks on a Comandante), water at a temperature of 93-94°C, and pour as follows:0:00 – 55 ml (swirl the dripper)0:30 – 120 ml1:00 – 180 ml1:30 – 240 ml2:00 – 300 mlGently swirl at the end.Store in a cool and dry place.
