You can expect hints of papaya, passionfruit, blackberry and maple sirup.Origin: ColombiaRegion: TolimaProcessing: NaturalVariety: Colombia, Castillo, CaturraAltitude: 1700-2000 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEGaitania is an exceptional lot created by smallholder producers from the vicinity of the town of Gaitania, located in the municipality of Planadas in the south of the Tolima region. The coffees come from plantations situated at an altitude of 1,700–2,000 m above sea level, where the Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties are cultivated. Combining beans from several farmers made it possible to create a coffee with a distinct, juicy character that perfectly reflects the potential of this region.ABOUT THE PROCESSINGAfter harvesting, the ripe cherries fermented for 38 hours and then dried for eight days on raised, covered African beds. The slow and controlled drying highlighted the natural sweetness and complexity of flavor. It is a natural full of energy, distinct sweetness, and aromas that linger in the memory for a long time.Exotic notes of ripe papaya and juicy passion fruit dominate the cup, offset by a clear accent of wild berries. Everything is tied together by the velvety sweetness of maple syrup, which gives the coffee depth and pleasantly coats the palate. It is a rich, multidimensional, and remarkably satisfying profile. It is precisely the combination of exotic fruits, intense sweetness, and syrupy smoothness that gives this coffee its characteristic, funky style. It is bold, full-bodied, and distinct, with every subsequent sip revealing new nuances of flavor. This is a choice for those seeking coffees with character who are not afraid of intense, fruity taste experiences.Store in a dry and cool place.

The flavor profile features notes of blackberry, raspberry and wermuth.Country of origin: RwandaRegion: Western ProvinceVariety: Red BourbonProcessing method: Anaerobic Natural 72hCupping score: 86 / 100Altitude: 1700 - 1900 m a.s.l.Coffee in the rhythm of funkA few months ago, our Head of Academy – Marek Witak – had the opportunity to visit Rwanda and meet the man responsible for growing and processing this exact coffee. It brings a tear to the eye! Willy is a great guy, full of passion, faith, and energy for testing new farming methods. This season, we have two coffees from him from two different lots of his farm: Murundo comes first, and we have Mahembe up our sleeve for you.Willy experimented here with anaerobic fermentation. What is this "anaerobic" thing anyway? In this process, coffee ferments in an oxygen-free environment – in this case, it lasted for 72 hours. Prolonged fermentation adds a lot of sweetness and a characteristic "funk" to the coffee. It's easy to overdo the latter, but Willy keeps an eye on everything, so you won't find any aggressive, lemony, or vinegary notes in the cup. The coffee is clean, elegant, and leaves a very long, pleasant finish!Store in a cool, dry place.

Specialty-grade whole bean coffee from Colombia, roasted by the Warsaw-based roastery HAYB. Light roast, ideal for filter coffee makers, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other alternative brewing methods. The flavor profile features notes of strawberry, raspberry and milk chocolate.Country of origin: ColombiaRegion: Bruselas, HuilaVariety: Pink BourbonProcessing method: Chocoberry NaturalCupping score: 88 / 100Altitude: 1600 -2000 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE PROCESSThe farmer himself, Oscar Hernandez, named this processing method this way because the final taste of the brewed coffee reminded him of something right on the borderline between chocolate and currants. How did it happen? Hand-picked cherries – nothing unusual. But then – SHOCK. Thermal! The cherries were submerged in water at a temperature of 180°F (80°C) for 30 to 60 seconds. Next, the fruits were washed and underwent ozonation. The seeds were extracted, and the juicy experimenting began. Juice was squeezed from the skins of still-fresh cascara. The juice was mixed with the beans in fermentation barrels. With the help of the necessary microorganisms, the beans underwent lactic fermentation for 220 hours. After that, just 20 days of drying, and there you have it.Reading this description, you might think it would turn into pickled cucumbers, or at least kombucha. Nothing of the sort. It is sweet, juicy, and crisp. Yum.Store in a cold and dry space.

element. - Brazil Cachoerinha Anaerobic 96h Filter 100 g

Roasting date: 17.08.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Brazil, roasted by Caffe Grano roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The flavour of the brew resembles mango, white tea and melon.Country: BrazilRegion: CachoerinhaVarietal: TopazioProcessing: Anaerobic 96hFarm: CachoerinhaAltitude: 1000 m n.p.m.Cupping score: 86 / 100 ABOUT THE COFFEEA real treat, grown on volcanic soils, of the rare Topazio variety characterized by high sweetness, which, combined with anaerobic fermentation, offers a profile of yellow fruits and a syrupy texture.ROASTER'S OPINIONA item both for those who enjoy safe, classic flavors, and for those looking for something unusual and wild! The characteristic Brazilian motif of "nut and chocolate" is present here, but it doesn't take center stage. The body of white tea, plus high sweetness similar to mango. The process itself does not consist—as one might assume—of adding cooled volcanic lava to the fermentation tank. Ripe cherries are gathered into mounds resembling the shape of a volcano, allowing for more intense fermentation "inside" the pile. After some time, level it, comb it, and shape the mound again.ROYAL BEANSWhat’s behind the name Royal Beans? If Speciality beans are the pinnacle of coffee, our Royal Beans reach the Himalayas! Whole-bean specialty coffee from Colombia, roasted by Caffe Grano roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The flavour of the brew resembles strawberry, white chocolate and tea.Country: ColombiaRegion: SinaloaVarietal: Pink Bourbon Processing: Co-fermentFarm: SINALOAAltitude: 1900 m a.s.l.Cupping score: 89 / 100 ABOUT THE COFFEESinaloa is located in Huila; it is a small region bringing together about 80 farmers. The strawberry co-ferment we have here is made using dried fruit, which, in addition to the flavor—which is not as heavy as in typical co-ferments—gives us a rich aroma.ROASTER'S OPINIONColombia Sinaloa is an elegant co-ferment that will appeal to anyone who loves celebrating summer. Liquid strawberry. Extreme sweetness in pour-over, grandma's compote in drip, and strawberries and cream if you decide to brew espresso from these beans and make a flat white. All of this is balanced by chocolate notes in the background and wrapped in a tea-like body, which reveals itself particularly in a medium-long and extremely pleasant aftertaste.ROYAL BEANSWhat’s behind the name Royal Beans? Whole-bean specialty coffee from Colombia, roasted by Caffe Grano roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The flavour of the brew resembles pineapple, sweet rum and flowers.Country: ColombiaRegion: CristalinaVarietal: Castillo Processing: NaturalFarm: Finca Cristalina Altitude: 1700-1800 m a.s.l.Cupping score: 87 / 100 ABOUT THE COFFEECoffee from the Quindio region, very juicy, very fruity in a broad sense, a coffee with a strong tropical profile in aroma and flavor at a medium temperature, which over time changes into a more floral and light fruitiness. Such coffees are rarely available today, so I think it's a real treat.ROASTER'S OPINIONOne of the "louder coffees" – it screams, being absolutely tropical, sweet, with medium+ acidity like in a ripe pineapple. We can even find slightly fermented notes that may bring wine and rum tones to mind. A natural so advanced that you could easily mistake it for an anaerobic in a blind tasting. Fortunately, all of this is nicely balanced by flowers, which greet us in the aroma and bid us farewell in the long aftertaste.ROYAL BEANSWhat’s behind the name Royal Beans?
