Grind your beans just before you brew and add the coffee to the drip brewer. Gently distribute your coffee into the center of your V60.4. Place your V60 on a vessel on a scale and make sure that your water is 96 C.5. Tare your scale and start the timer.6. Add 50 grams of water. Your coffee will begin to bloom.7. This variety is characterized by the short stature of the plant. Due to its small size and closely spaced branches, it can be planted close together, which increases the yield per given area. Caturra contributed to the intensification of coffee cultivation, particularly in Central America, where it was introduced to cultivation in the 1940s. This variety also played a significant role in breeding coffee trees resistant to coffee leaf rust, contributing to the creation of the "Catimor" family of varieties. The Red Caturra variety is characterized by an intense aroma and a rich flavor profile. On the other hand, Yellow Caturra is a subtle coffee variety with bright, yellow beans. It is characterized by a mild flavor profile.ABOUT THE PROCESSINGSugarcane is a unique type of fermentation resulting in more intense fruity notes.
