Drunk hot or cold, the infusion helps you to enter another day with a dancing step.Recipes:Hot drink infusion: Pour boiling water (approx. 250ml) over a flat teaspoon of dried fruit and steep covered for 5 minutes. It also tastes good with the addition of lemon and honey.Cold drink infusion: Refreshing lemonade. Pour boiling water over 2 tablespoons of dried flowers (approx. 300ml) and steep covered for 15 minutes.
