High-Altitude Overboil Protection
At higher elevations, water boils below 100°C, causing most kettles to overheat or require manual adjustments. Fish Pro X calculates the correct boiling point and shuts off precisely when it is reached.
With temp X – Heating stops automatically at the correct temperature.
Without temp X – The boiling point is lower, but heating continues, causing overboil.
