ROASTER’S NOTE



These beans come from Costa Rica, from the Chirripó province in the Brunca region. It’s a Catuai variety grown at 1600 meters above sea level, processed using the Full Honey Anaerobic method — meaning part of the pulp was removed, then the beans were fermented and later dried with the remaining mucilage.



Thanks to this method, the coffee developed tons of tropical notes, without any boozy or vinegary vibes — just pure, fruity sweetness. Super forgiving to brew and really easy to work with. Cheers!
