I’m not usually a big fan of Honduran coffees, but this one is a different story. From the very first sip, you know it’s going to be interesting — the flavors shift smoothly, layer by layer, making it hard to believe it’s still the same brew. Washed Parainema at its finest — a perfect synergy.
I also recommend taking the time to experiment with a V60 or Origami. With the right recipe, it can surprise you with something totally unexpected — like a hint of pink pepper in the background. A real treat for coffee geeks and gadget lovers!
