Marcelino Chinguel lives on his La Lúcuma farm with his family, who handle most of the necessary work on the estate. Marcelino additionally employs 8 people during the harvest season. Within the family, duties are divided according to specific areas of responsibility. Marcelino manages administration and sales, his wife oversees post-harvest processing, Franclin, the eldest son, supervises picking, and the youngest son, Yocner, serves as the quality control manager.
Fun fact: Marcelino Chinguel has been growing coffee for over forty years. He is always open to new ideas and continues to evolve his approach to production, and this lot reflects that very spirit. It is the first lot produced from the Marshell variety, which Marcelino planted on his farm in 2018.
